Was Ben Hogan Better Than Tiger Woods?
Although the Jamal Crawford for Al Harrington trade is not as star-laden as the Allen Iverson for Chauncey Billups deal, I am still excited about the second big trade of the season. Harrington did NOT want to play for Don Nelson, and although Crawford seemed like a good fit for Mike D'Antoni, he's now in the East Bay.
NBA fans may see this as lateral acquisitions for these teams, but what should fantasy owners be thinking? Let's take a closer look.
*Note: Zach Randolph and Mardy Collins were traded to the Los Angles Clippers for Tim Thomas and Cuttino Mobley. Updates are on their way!
Al Harrington could be a perfect fit for D'Antoni and the New York Knicks. The versatile big man can play anywhere from small forward to center. He has developed into a very good three point shooter; since the 2006-07 season he has shot 39.9 percent from behind the arc on 729 attempts.
